Lodge Grants and Forms

There are 2 Lodge Grants available to individual lodges:

1)  MAP (Membership Assistance Program):
 
     a)  Lodges may apply for 2 per year;
     b)  All Grants must be approved by District 1 Executive Committee prior to the event. Plan 60-120 days
          in advance. Executive Committee approval may take up to 30 days, depending on when they meet. 
     c)  Pays $20 per new member or transfer member from #999 or #000;
     d)  Send application to District Vice President Jerry Wright, cc Treasurer Connie Chrissis.
 
2)  Lodge Program and/or Marketing Funding Application Form: 
 
     a)  Needs to be applied for before quarter end;
     b)  Both options, program and marketing/publicity, can be applied for on one application;
     c)  Award is up to $500 for each with receipts;
     d)  Send application to District Vice President Jerry Wright, the appropriate Director (Sports, Cultural, etc.) and cc Treasurer Connie Chrissis
      e) Lodges may apply for one of each per year
 
3)  Lodge Program and/or Marketing Funding Report:
 
     a)  Following event, send report with receipts to Vice President Jerry Wright, cc Treasurer Connie Chrissis;
     b)  Needs to be submitted within 30 days following event.
