Lodge Applications, Grants & Forms

There are 2 Lodge Grants available to individual lodges:

1)  MAP (Membership Assistance Program) $50 per new member:
 
     a)  Lodges may apply for 2 MAP grants per year.
     b)  All Grants must be approved by District 1 Executive Committee prior to the event. Executive Committee monthly. 
     c)  Pays $50 per new member or transfer member from #999 or #000.
     d)  Send application to District Vice President Jerry Wright, and cc Treasurer Connie Chrissis.
 
2)  Lodge Program and/or Marketing Funding Application Form: 
 
     a)  Both options, Program and Marketing (or publicity) can be applied for on one application.
     b) Lodges may apply for one of each per year.
     c)  Award is up to $500 for each Grant accompanied by receipts.
     d)  Send application to District Vice President Jerry Wright, and cc Treasurer Connie Chrissis.
    
 
3)  Lodge Program and/or Marketing Funding Report:
 
     a)  Following event, send report with receipts to Treasurer Connie Chrissis and cc Vice President Jerry Wright.
